Zach and Heidi are CHFA homeownership customers who live in Colorado Springs with their three children. Purchasing a home supported their growing family.

“Two of our children were born in our home,” said Heidi. “Their lives literally started here in our home. The most special thing about having a home is who you share it with. I’m very thankful for CHFA. We’re in a much better financial place than when we first bought our home, but I really appreciate that you help low-income families. I appreciate that you helped not just us but that you help so many others.”
