Mr. White joined CHFA in 1988, serving in various capacities until January 1996. He worked as a business development executive with an international equipment and real estate mortgage lender, and then rejoined CHFA in September 1996 as the director of asset management. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regis University.

Mr. Gomez joined the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) in 1999, as Director of the Business Finance Division. Prior to his position with CHFA, Gomez served as Manager of Strategy Development and Planning for US West Dex, and spent six years working for the Colorado Office of Economic Development as Director of Finance and Business Development (under Governor Roy Romer). In addition he spent five years working for the Department of Bank Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and three years at Lincoln Trust Company. Mr. Gomez earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Hemmings has over 18 years of experience in various senior financial roles in the banking and financial services industries. He has served as vice president and chief financial officer for several commercial banks and mortgage companies, including a $1.5 billion publicly held banking and financial services institution. Mr. Hemmings is a CPA, educated at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Charles "Chuck" L. Borgman is General Counsel and Director of CHFA’s legal division. Prior to joining CHFA, Mr. Borgman served as regional counsel for North American Title Company, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation, where he was responsible for underwriting, escrow matters, insurance regulatory matters, leasing, and claims administration for operations in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Minnesota. Mr. Borgman received a bachelor of arts from the University of Iowa in 1970, and a juris doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1973. Mr. Borgman entered private law practice in Colorado in 1981, specializing in banking, commercial mortgage lending, affordable housing, real estate development, foreclosures, and workouts. Mr. Borgman is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Executive Real Estate Roundtable.
