Secondary Market Documents (FSA, USDA & SBA guaranteed loans)

• Interest rate quote - lender must fax a copy of the Application for Guarantee (FSA, USDA or SBA form) at the time the banker is applying for a guaranteed loan to notify CHFA of the banks intent to sell the guaranteed portion of the loan. The document may be faxed to a Commercial Lender at 303-291-5709. Or contact a Commercial Lender for term and rate information.
• Note Legends - the legends must be typed on the original note and signed by an officer of the bank.
• Attachment A - a list of the documents required by CHFA to purchase a FSA guaranteed farm loan.
