Through a partnership with local lenders, CHFA provides fixed rates on Farm Service Agency (FSA) guaranteed loans to Colorado farmers and ranchers.

The fixed interest rate is offered without additional fees to the borrower and allows the originating lender to continue servicing the loan locally.

FSA guarantees agricultural loans financing real estate, equipment, and operating capital for terms up to 30 years. The loans are originated and serviced by participating lenders statewide.
