Maintain a sound fiscal structure and expand the internal and external resources needed to accomplish CHFA's mission.

Ensure that CHFA's programs reach Colorado's lowest income and rural residents.  

Make nonbureaucratic customer service a number one priority both internally and externally.

Take aggressive affirmative action to assure equal opportunity in all CHFA programs, activities, and decisions.  

Promote a participatory style of management and provide opportunities for employee development while demanding exceptional creativity, professionalism, productivity, persistence, and the exercise of personal responsibility from all board and staff members.

Anticipate and respond to changes in the external environment in innovative and meaningful ways.

Seek greater understanding of human and social needs so we can address them effectively.

Build and maintain long term working relationships with public and private, for profit and nonprofit sectors.

Increase awareness of CHFA's programs and mission.
