Effective immediately, all loans submitted for Purchase to CHFA, must have the 1st half of 2007 taxes paid prior to submission. Please provide proof of payment with the file submission and a pay history reflecting the correct escrow balance.

Any loans closed after 01.15.2008, must have 2007 taxes paid at the time of closing. Payment must be reflected on the HUD1 Settlement Statement.
