Mandatory Lender Training

CHFA is providing training sessions to all participating lenders and their staff who wish to continue originating/processing CHFA loans. Individual HomeConnection accounts will not be restored until this training requirement is satisfied. Please visit the Lender and Realtor education page on the website to register for either a webinar session or a training class.

The training will last approximately one hour and will cover the new program changes to be implemented March 2, 2009.

The free webinar classes are open only to current CHFA approved lenders and their staff. This training is for those lenders who are familiar with, and experienced in doing CHFA loans. There will be two different courses offered.

• Origination staff: branch managers, loan officers, processors, and closers who do not ship loans.
• Operations staff: closers (who also ship loans), shippers, post closing, and their managers.

Please do not call CHFA to register or rsvp for any of the webinar classes; this must be completed on the website. We anticipate adding additional classes throughout the month of March, so continue checking the schedule over the coming weeks.
