CHFA is seeking responses from CHFA Participating Lenders for two Requests for Proposals (RFP) related to single family mortgage loans currently owned and serviced by CHFA. An RFP is posted for the processing, underwriting, and delivery of Assumptions and/or Release of Liability transactions. A second RFP is posted for the origination and resale to CHFA of FHA loans refinanced through the FHA Streamline Refinance Program. Referral for both of these services would be directed from CHFA to the selected Participating Lenders. Interested CHFA Participating Lenders can respond to either or both of the RFPs.
