Request For Proposals Clarification

Thank you for the numerous responses to the request for RFPs that are currently posted on CHFA's website. Responses for the RFPs are for CHFA Participating Lenders only. The response is required from a Corporate Level and not from an individual Loan Officer level. After CHFA selects Participating Lenders to provide these services, the Participating Lenders will be responsible to identify specific loan officers to handle these transactions.

If you are responding to the RFP for FHA Streamline Refinance loans, please provide a copy of your FHA Approval, a list of DE Underwriters, and your 2008 and year-to-date FHA Streamline production.
