New Income and Purchase Price Limits

Effective for all new reservations in CHFA HomeConnection as of April 1, 2009.

Remember, the CHFA HomeOpener and CHFA HomeOpener Plus Programs have income limits but no purchase price limits. The CHFA HomeAccess Program has income and purchase limits.

As a reminder, after Tuesday April 15th, borrower's 2008 tax returns will be required for all compliance file submissions.
