Changes to Servicing Transfer Letters

CHFA recently changed its lock box vendor, which could impact Borrowers who are making their first payment to CHFA and are using an incorrect address.

Below is the correct address and the language that should be reflected on your Servicing Transfer Letters sent to the Borrower when CHFA purchases the first and second mortgage loans:

Please send your payment (first and second mortgage if applicable) with the loan number(s) written on the checks to: Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Dept 2177 Denver, CO 80271-2177 If you haven’t received your Mortgage Payment Statement from CHFA before your first payment is due to CHFA, the correct payment amount can be found on the First Payment Letter you received at loan closing. You can also view your loan information online or set up automatic payments at our Loan Servicing Customer Care, at www.chfainfo.com/customer_care.
