CHFA will be open during the Democratic National Convention

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) is coming to downtown Denver August 25 to 28, 2008. CHFA’s Denver office will be open during our normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of Thursday August 28, when we will close at 3:00pm.

Please use courier or overnight delivery services for delivery to our offices during business hours as our overnight drop box will be sealed during this week. There will be no street parking in front of the building and many parking lots will be unavailable, so drop-offs could be problematic.

We encourage all lenders to submit their compliance files to us as soon as possible. We will not be able to accept rush files., so please plan your closings accordingly.
