2008 Seller's Guide

The 2008 Seller’s Guide and a summary of its changes are now available on the website.

This latest version, dated August 2008, is effective for all Mortgage Loans reserved on or after August 23, 2008.

The previous version, dated November 2007, will remain posted until CHFA has purchased all Mortgage Loans originated on or before August 22, 2008.
