Effective January 1, 2009, CHFA will terminate two programs:
FHASecure and HomeStretch

HUD’s program, FHASecure, will sunset on December 31, 2008.

In preparation for new initiatives in 2009, CHFA will discontinue the HomeStretch Program. While this program once filled a niche in the market, CHFA will focus its efforts on providing more innovative programs for a greater share of Coloradans.
