Dear REACH members and participants,

The training schedule for April, May and June classes has been posted on the CHFA website and the brochures should be in the mail before the end of the week. We’ve planned some great classes, so please check them out. As a reminder, we give REACH members priority until one week before the class, and then registration is on a first come, first served basis. If you are a non-member, you are welcome to send in your registration prior to that date, and then we will confirm your registration and send your invoice the week before the class. Please call me if you have questions on this policy. The classes have increased in size due to our larger membership - so I would recommend registering as soon as possible.

Please note that the Quadel three-day manager certification workshop in May has been filled, however, currently there is no waiting list. If you’re interested in attending, call me and we will put you on a waiting list. Members have priority for this workshop until April 20th.

We have four classes in March, all are here in the metro area. The Tenant Advocacy class on March 14th is filled, however we still have a few spaces left in the 8823 class on March 18th. There is still plenty of space in the Property Maintenance and Personal Safety class on March 25th and a few chairs are still available for the Grant Writing class to be held at the Adams County Housing Authority on March 28th.
