What ever happened to those lazy crazy days of summer? It seems we are as busy, and schedules are as hectic as ever. In the event you haven’t had time to check the REACH schedule, I just wanted to remind you that we have some great classes remaining this month, and we still have limited space available. The following classes will be held at CHFA in Denver.

July 17th – The Cleaning Edge - Don’t miss this chance to have your cleaning staff attend a class designed just for them, and that will give them a chance to network with their peers. The class will cover both productivity and safety. Please note the class is in the afternoon, 12:30 – 4:30.

July 25th – Electricity – Getting Wired Safely – This is a chance to learn the basics of electricity. It’s a “hands on” workshop designed for maintenance staff and covers how to work safely with electricity. Class is 9:00 – noon.

July 29th – Basic Skills for Successful Leasing – Although this class starts with the basics, Heather has terrific ideas and suggestions for enhancing skills for the more experienced staff and the class will also serve as a great refresher. Class is 8:30 – 12:30.

July 31st – Goodbye TRACS, Hello iMAX – The transition from TRACS version 202B to iMAX is now scheduled by HUD for October 1st, and will be mandatory on January 31st. This class is quickly reaching capacity so if you have been meaning to register and haven’t done it yet, don’t delay. Class is 9:00 – 11:30.
