Revised TCAP and TCEP Applications

The applications for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) have been revised. There is now a separate application for the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and the Tax Credit Exchange Program (TCEP).

Important Notice for TCAP Applicants
TCAP applicants will have to meet federal cross cutting requirements which are explained in Appendix A of the Implementation Plan and in the application instructions. It should be noted that the requirements of National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) may negatively impact the project timelines until clearances are obtained. TCAP applications must include draft environmental review documents. TCAP applications cannot be approved until NEPA clearances are obtained.
