Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Announcement of Public Hearing For the 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, regarding the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan (the Plan) for the year 2010. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input on the Plan and to discuss proposed changes to the Plan for the upcoming year.

The hearing will be held on the day identified above from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the CHFA office in the Community Room, 1981 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado 80202.
