Recommended Changes to the 2010 QAP
The final version of the 2010 QAP has been completed and is now awaiting approval from the Governor. Access a summary of the changes here.
The following recommended change was not included in the final version of the QAP due to the feedback at the Public Hearing on December 1, 2009.
- Requiring the Owners to certify annually that rents were not increased during the term of the tenant lease.
