Exciting Staff Changes at CHFA

We are pleased to announce some exciting staff changes at CHFA.

CHFA has hired a new Manager of Tax Credit Allocations, Natasha (Tasha) Weaver, to fill the vacancy left by Ron LaFollette’s departure several weeks ago. As you know Tasha has been the Manager of Program Compliance and has been here at CHFA for the past 14 years. She is well known and respected nationally for her knowledge and expertise in the Housing Credit field.

Tasha’s move creates an open position in the Asset Management Division. We are excited to announce that Mark Feilmeier has been offered and has accepted the position of Manager of Program Compliance, moving from his current position as Manager of Section 8 Compliance. Mark has been at CHFA for over 6 years, and has demonstrated his ability to work with a wide array of property owners and managers.

The effective date for both of these changes will be July 1, 2008.
