On Monday, 12.01.2008, CHFA conducted its Public Hearing to allow the public to submit comments on the 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). After reviewing those comments and other input from the affordable housing community, CHFA has made further revisions to the QAP. The Second Draft of the 2009 QAP is available online. This draft will be submitted to CHFA’s Board of Directors on 12.11.2008 for review and approval. Once approved by the Board of Directors, the Plan will be forwarded to the Governor for final approval.
