Did you know about eStatements?
If you have a CHFA loan, check out CHFA eStatements! They are safe and secure, so you can bank online anytime with confidence. It just takes a moment to sign up:
- You will need to be registered with Insight to sign up for eStatements. Register for Insight by going to https://www.echfa.com/Insight. Click on “request a new account”, fill in your information and you will be signed up.
- Click on “Property Name”.
- Click on the Financials tab.
- Click on your loan number.
- Sign up for eStatements by clicking on the Statements tab and opting in for eStatements.
note: You can reinstate paper statements at any time.

The Governor's Energy Office Weatherization Program REACH class (November 13) - Denver
If you provide affordable housing to low income families and have a central heating system, you may qualify for the Governor's Energy Office funding for the Multifamily Weatherization program.
Funds are now available, so come to this class and learn how to access them. Stacey Proctor from GEO and Pam Packer from Energy Outreach Colorado are teaming up to present what weatherization is, and will discuss the eligibility requirements and characteristics of buildings that would be good candidates to receive this valuable funding.
