A list of the Letters of Intent that CHFA received for its LIHTC Application Round Two can be found here.

CHFA received 25 letters totaling $25,506,947 in requests for annual credit. $1,250,000 in annual credit has been set aside in this round for Denver Housing Authority's proposed project at 1099 Osage Street. $5,022,867 in annual credit is available for the remaining applicants of this round.
