Break out your clubs on Tuesday, July 27th!
CHFA's J. David Barba Golf Tournament is taking place at Fossil Trace Golf Club in Golden, Colorado, on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
This year, CHFA’s annual tournament benefits The Gathering Place, a nonprofit drop-in center whose mission is to support women and their children who are experiencing homelessness or poverty by providing a safe daytime refuge and resources for self-sufficiency. They also offer emergency support services to provide immediate relief to women and children in distress. They believe that women who are able to meet their immediate and urgent needs can collect their inner resources and make positive life changes for themselves and their children. The Gathering Place serves an average of 360 women and children every day.
