A financial review is required to qualify for the above programs. To start this process, you must complete a Financial Disclosure Statement and attach all supporting documentation before submitting your request to this office. If you wish to sell your property for less than the balance owed, a counseling session is required and completion of additional forms, such as a Short Sale and Counseling Certification.
