CHFA’s Rental Acquisition Program (RAP)

Through this program, CHFA acquires apartment developments, rehabilitates them and ensures that there are units that are affordable to low income families. CHFA currently owns 8 rental developments totaling 867 units and contracts with private entities to manage the properties. The properties range in size from 24 to 491 units, and are located in eight different communities throughout Colorado.
