NOTICE - 02.27.2009
Earlier today CHFA received word from Standard and Poor’s Rating Agency that they have completed a review of our issuer credit rating. S&P has reaffirmed our A+ rating, and has revised the outlook from Stable to Negative. This change does not impact any of CHFA’s outstanding bond ratings.
