NOTICE - 05.03.2010
Earlier today CHFA received word that one of our conduit bond issues, Monaco I, LLC Project, series 2007A and 2007B, had been downgraded by Fitch from the long-term rating 'AA-' to 'A+' and confirmed the short-term 'F1+' rating. The downgrade is the result of a change in the bank providing the letter of credit from JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. to UMB Bank n.a.
As a conduit issuer, CHFA bears no credit risk and the downgrade has no impact on our issuer credit rating.
