CHFA’s annual financial statements have been audited by Clifton Gunderson LLP. The audited financial statements have not been updated for developments subsequent to the date of the independent auditors' report. There should be no assumption that financial conditions or operations of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority have not changed since the date of the Statement. Audited financial statements from prior years can be viewed under archives for historical reference only, as this is dated information.
