brownfields rovolving loan funds

Through a partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, CHFA administers the Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund. It provides loans for the clean up of environmentally contaminated properties, once the owner has submitted an approved cleanup plan through the Voluntary Cleanup Program.

EPA Public Notice
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is providing notice that it intends to apply for funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to capitalize the Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund.  If awarded, these funds will be used to fund environmental cleanup activities at Brownfields Properties around the state.  The grant will be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency on December 14, 2005.  For questions or to review/comment on the draft contact Dan Scheppers, Brownfields Coordinator, at 303.692.3398.
