Currently, HomeConnection permits participating lenders to make reservations and view status information for all CHFA mortgage loans. Reservations must meet the qualifications set forth in CHFA's Sellers' Guide.
CHFA has created a User Guide to assist Participating Lenders in using HomeConnection to its full potential, detailing step-by-step instructions on how to create and manage your HomeConnection user account, make a reservation, and view your pipeline.
