Pay history requests

The original lender may request a pay history by phone, fax or email.

Email the Servicing department.

The turnaround time is 24 to 48 business hours. Requests from someone other than the original lender will require written authorization from the borrower to release the loan information to you.

Payoff requests

A request for a payoff must be made in writing. Please include the following information:  

• Authorization from the borrower to release loan information
• Payoff effective date
• Borrower’s loan number
• Instructions as to where you want the payoff quote to be sent

You may fax the request to 303.291.5719. The turnaround time is 24 to 48 business hours.
