CHFA's interest rates are available by 9:30am Mountain Standard Time. HomeConnection will be open for reservations from 9:30am to 10:00pm Mountain Standard Time. Only CHFA Participating Lenders who have received training have active passwords for HomeConnection. If you have not attended a general in-person or webinar training or program specific training, please sign up for training.
CHFA requires specific training sessions for origination staff (Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers) and operations staff (Closers, Shippers, Post Closing, and their Managers). In-person trainings will be held at the CHFA offices in Denver and Grand Junction.

New reservations can be made between 9:30am and 10:00pm MST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. A Participating Lender is permitted to charge a 1% origination fee, other lender fees not to exceed $600, and reimbursement for third-party fees. Homebuyers interested in applying for financing should contact one of CHFA's Participating Lenders. CHFA does not lend money directly to consumers. We use approved Participating Lenders to qualify consumers and make all mortgage loans. Rates can vary depending on loan program and income level.
