The only way they are different from paper statements is in their convenience and availability. They reduce clutter and paper waste and you can access them online 24/7. eStatements provide you with all of the same information that your paper statement does: Loan Balance, Transaction Activity, Payment Information, and Important Messages. |
| How do I sign up for eStatements? |
It just takes a moment to stop paper delivery and switch to online-only statements:
- Visit www.chfainfo.com/Customer_Care
- Click on the link to register or enter your username and password.
- Click the eStatements button on the left navigation menu.
- Read through the Terms and Conditions. Provide email address and click “I Agree” button.
- You’re done! A new window will open and the last three months of statements will automatically appear.

| Are there any special computer requirements to access eStatements? |
While the eStatement site is compatible with most browsers, you must have Adobe Acrobat installed in order to view your statements online. To download Acrobat, click here. |
| Can I save the eStatement to my computer? |
Yes, Adobe Acrobat provides you with the ability to save your eStatement locally if you wish to create an archive of the statement. |
| How do I make my mortgage payment when I am on eStatements? |
Your eStatements will include a convenientt "Pay Now" button, located at the bottom right of the PDF form. If you click this, you will be taken to CHFA's online Speedpay service. However, there is a $5.95 fee for using Speedpay; this can be avoided by signing up for automatic withdrawal payments (ACH). Access the ACH form here. |
| If I don't like eStatements, can I choose to go back to paper statements? |
You can reinstate paper statements at any time. The eStatement page provides simple instructions to change back to paper delivery. |
