Helpful Homowner Tip:
As a homeowner, you have probably received mail offers from mortgage brokers or companies that contain false or misleading information about debt consolidation, home improvements and mortgage rate reductions. Do not respond to these offers. You should only respond to mail about your payments received from CHFA. That way, you'll avoid scams that could threaten the financial security of your home.
