Refer to this manual for information and forms necessary to comply with a property’s loan obligations. Specific requirements for each property are detailed in the property’s Regulatory Agreement, Loan Agreement or Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA). Copies of these documents are available by registering as a member of Asset Management Project Insight or through the property’s asset management officer. The Loan Compliance Manual pertains to all CHFA multifamily affordable properties including the HUD FHA insured Section 542(c) Risk Share Program, 221(d) 3, 221(d)4, and 223(f), and CHFA non-insured SMART, Super-SMART, CHFA-HOF and FAF HOF financed developments.
