Notice to Owners and Managers of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Developments. Listed below is the schedule of the LIHTC compliance training sessions CHFA is offering in 2008:

For all new developments, the Qualified Allocation Plan requires that at least one representative of the management and one representative of the ownership attend a CHFA session or a compliance training session approved by CHFA prior to receiving their IRS Form(s) 8609 from CHFA.
Each session will be limited to 3 representatives from each development. Early reservations are recommended since space is limited. If you make a reservation and later discover that you cannot attend, please call Priscilla Fox to cancel.
Those who have a reservation for these one-day sessions will receive a confirmation letter from CHFA a few weeks prior to the training.
* Note: The March 13th, August 21st and December 18th dates are advanced classes, focusing on issues related to mixed-income and private activity bond financed projects. Attendees must have prior LIHTC compliance experience in order to attend these advanced classes.
