WCMS – Web-based Occupancy and Demographic Reporting Tool

The first step is to click on the link to WCMS. Follow the instructions and click on the button to submit registration. Please allow 24 hours for your registration to be activated.

Once you register, there is a user manual that you can access in WCMS when you select HELP from the menu bar. CHFA uses the summary format and not the detail format. Also, please refer to the FAQs and WCMS instructions. If you have any questions, please contact your Asset Management Officer.
