15 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Applications Received in Round One

CHFA received 15 applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to be awarded in Round One. Combined, the applications are seeking over $15 million in tax credits to finance 983 affordable rental units. CHFA has $4.85 million in LIHTCs available for allocation during its first round.
Among the applications received:
- One is an acquisition/rehabilitation deal.
- Three are new construction senior housing developments.
- One is a new construction assisted living development.
- One is a new construction farm worker housing development.
