Colorado Division of Housing Foreclosure Report

Each quarter the Colorado Division of Housing compiles and publishes a report detailing the number of foreclosure filings and foreclosure sales in Colorado. Data is based on information provided by each county’s Public Trustee.

Metro Denver Monthly Economic Summary

The Metro Denver Monthly Economic Summary offers a snapshot of economic conditions in the seven-county Denver metro area. Sectors covered include labor and employment, the consumer sector, as well as residential and commercial real estate. This report is prepared by Development Research Partners and released by the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation.

U.S. Housing Market Condition Reports

Published quarterly by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Housing Market Conditions is a compilation of statistical data and written reports. Overviews of economic and housing market trends are presented for ten geographical regions. Each issue includes a summary of overall trends in national housing and a topical piece that describes a particularly noteworthy aspect of housing activity.
