Colorado Division of Housing Foreclosure Report
Each quarter the Colorado Division of Housing compiles and publishes a report detailing the number of foreclosure filings and foreclosure sales in Colorado. Data is based on information provided by each county’s Public Trustee.

Sectors covered include labor and employment, the consumer sector, as well as residential and commercial real estate.
