CHFA Announces New Banking Team

(DENVER) – Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to announce the members of its new banking team. Serving as co-senior underwriters will be JP Morgan Chase, Loop Capital, and RBC Capital Markets. They will be joined by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, D.A. Davidson, George K. Baum, and Harvestons Securities who will serve as co-managers.

The banking team is responsible for assisting CHFA in structuring the authority’s bond issuances and in selling its bonds within the capital markets. The firms were selected following a national RFP process and onsite interviews conducted by CHFA’s executive staff and representatives from its board of directors.

Cris White, CHFA executive director/CEO said, “These firms bring a high level of professional expertise that will assist CHFA as we develop sound and strategic investment strategies to support our mission of affordable housing and small business finance.”
