Kimberly D. Johnson has been appointed Product Development Specialist for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), it was announced today by CHFA.
In her new position, Johnson will lead CHFA’s efforts in the creation of new single family home ownership programs and will help to identify gaps in the marketplace.
Johnson has over 20 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently as the senior deputy director of Fannie Mae’s Denver regional office. Her experience includes program development, training, mortgage underwriting, and loan servicing. At Fannie Mae, Johnson helped increase affordable home ownership and rental housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families.
“CHFA is thrilled to have someone with Kim’s expertise and experience to lead our efforts as we continue to find ways to serve the people of Colorado,” said CHFA Home Finance Director Karen Harkin. “It’s important that we are continually looking at new ways to help people achieve the goal of home ownership.”
