Margaret Danuser Joins CHFA

(DENVER) – Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to announce that Margaret Danuser has joined the organization as the new director of corporate debt and investment management.

Margaret will administer CHFA’s existing bond portfolio, which currently stands in excess of $3.6 billion. She will oversee CHFA's debt issuance, treasury functions, and serve as a member of CHFA’s Strategic Management Team.

Prior to CHFA, Margaret served as the debt administrator for the City and County of Denver, and as a fixed income investment manager for the Dreyfus Founders Funds.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to be part of CHFA’s team, and help them in their mission of affordable housing and economic development finance,” said Margaret.

Margaret is a Colorado native. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs.

Margaret currently resides in Centennial with her husband Garry and three sons.
