Notice as to Proposed Budget

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget for fiscal year 2010 has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority; that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the offices of the Authority, 1981 Blake Street, Denver Colorado 80202, where same is open for public inspection;  that such proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing to be held at the regular monthly meeting of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Board of Directors on December 10, 2009, at 1981 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado 80202, at 12:30 p.m.; and that any interested person may inspect such proposed budget during regular business hours, and at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, may file or register her or his objections thereto.
