Please join CHFA's Tax Credit Program team for a webinar on CHFA's 2017 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocation process. We will discuss the changes to the 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and introduce you to the latest version of the LIHTC application.


Discussion will include:  

  • State Credit applications for acquisition/rehabilitation projects
  • 2017 and 2018 State Credit reserves
  • Annual State Credit maximum per project or developer
  • Application fees for 9 percent, 4 percent, and State Credit applications
