​​Starting November 14​, CHFA’s Denver office will temporarily move to a new location while we complete necessary renovations on our Blake Street building.

CHFA has been proud to be a part of the downtown Denver community since 1989. However, after 27 years at our current location, it is time to replace and repair several of our key building systems.

To ensure the least amount of disruptions on our day-to-day operations and to save on costs, CHFA’s staff will be vacating the building while these renovations occur. We look forward to returning to our Blake Street home as soon as construction in completed in Summer 2017.

CHFA’s Loan Servicing Team will be available to customers throughout this time at 855.587.8655.

Effective November 9th, CHFA will no longer accept payments at its Denver office. Please visit www.chfainfo.com/paymentoptions​ for alternate payment methods including: pay by phone, free online payments, and pay by mail instructions.

Commercial Loan Customers

CHFA’s Commercial Loan Servicing team is available at 800.877.2432 (chfa).

Effective November 9th, CHFA will no longer accept payments at its Denver office​​. Please visit www.chfainfo.com/CLservicing​ for alternative payment methods including: pay by mail instructions and online payments via Insight.
