clarification: original, recorded document submissions To clarify the eNews published on May 8, 2018, CHFA will no longer accept emailed or faxed documents
to clear suspense conditions at any stage of the program compliance, purchase, or final document review process.
CHFA will continue to require that all
original, recorded documents be sent to CHFA at 1981 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80202. Do not upload these documents to the document delivery system.
All other final documents including the title policy should be uploaded via the document delivery system and should not be mailed to CHFA.
