suspense condition reminder: only uploaded document submissions accepted
Please remember that beginning July 1, 2018, CHFA will no longer accept emailed or faxed documents
to clear suspense conditions. Lenders must submit documents through the document delivery system via HomeConnectionsm.
CHFA will continue to require that all original, recorded documents be sent to CHFA at 1981 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80202. Do not also upload the original, recorded documents to HomeConnection. All other final documents including the title policy should be uploaded via HomeConnection and not mailed to CHFA.
CHFA receives numerous duplicates of the same document, all requiring a CHFA review. Please
do not upload or send duplicate documents as this results in slower turn times.
