Eviction Bootcamp, Grand Junction │ October 4, 2017
1:00pm to 4:00pm

Evictions can be a time consuming process, especially when dealing with subsidized housing. An incorrectly drafted Notice to Quit or Demand for Compliance can delay the eventual outcome significantly.

This class will focus on basic evictions, with an emphasis on notice drafting. We will point out the differences in eviction/termination requirements for subsidized housing, tax credit properties, and market properties (including Section 8 rentals). We will go over the different types of evictions, and cover technical defenses to evictions used by residents. Click here for full details and registration.
