chfa hires new community relationship managers serving western and southwest colorado

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to welcome Margie Joy and Christopher Lopez as its newest Community Relationship Managers serving the Western Slope and southwest Colorado. In their roles, Joy and Lopez will help CHFA advance its work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and economic development.

CHFA partners with the private, nonprofit, and public sectors to support affordable homeownership, the development and preservation of affordable rental housing, and help small- and medium-sized businesses access capital. CHFA is proud to have invested more than $25 billion to support its mission throughout Colorado since its inception in 1973.

Joy and Lopez will join team members, Caroline Trani, Southern Colorado Community Relationship Manager and Jeff Owsley, South Central Community Relationship Manager. Led by Marketing and Community Relations Director, Jerilynn Martinez Francis, this team will support Colorado’s diverse community needs through engagement, capacity building, corporate giving, and increasing access to CHFA’s programs.
