Announcement of Public Hearings:
for the 2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan
The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold four public hearings in Colorado regarding the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (the Plan) for the year 2018. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input on the Plan and to discuss proposed changes to the Plan for the upcoming year.
The first hearing will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the CHFA Western Slope Office, 348 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
The second hearing will be on Monday, October 23, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80526.
The third hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Colorado Springs Housing Authority, 831 S. Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80901.
The fourth hearing will be on Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the CHFA office in the Community Room, 1981 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado 80202.
